My
wedding coordinator recommended I use Anne Marie for my
hair and make-up, and I honestly couldn't have been more
pleased with the results. Although I'm a laid back bride
in general, I was very picky about my hair and make-up.
I didn't want to appear too made up, nor did I want to
look like a strange wedding version of myself. I did,
however, want to look my best and that's what Anne Marie
accomplished. Her keen attention to detail and her
natural skill were both very apparent after our first
consultation. Her concern was primarily with what my
impression of my hair and make-up was, and if I felt
happy with the finished product, which was refreshing.
Also her experience was invaluable as she recommended
hair styles and used techniques that could withstand the
outdoor heat and humidity Mexico offers in July. I have
fine, flat hair and she managed to give me body and a
style that lasted throughout the evening. Her makeup, on
top of looking flawless, also managed to last through
many hours and a lots of heat/sweating. Finally, on top
of being knowledgeable, punctual and professional, she
also has a calm and relaxing presence which any bride
can appreciate on the big day. From a picky bride who
rarely likes the result of having her hair/make-up
professionally done, I can honestly recommend her
services to anyone looking for a great hair and make-up
artist.

Oh, Anne Marie where do I even begin she came to our
condo the morning of my wedding and she was like a
Fair-God-Make-up and Hair Artist. Anne Marie arrived
early for my scheduled appointment. Anne Marie was such
an artist and made all of us feel like we had known here
for years so, the wedding party could just relax and
enjoy the morning at the condo. Anne Marie was so
organized and professional in getting my hair and
make-up done on time, as Anne Marie had mentioned she
had another bride to do on this day. Anne Marie made me
SO, beautiful that day that I got compliments all day
long that people wished they had gotten their make-up
and hair done by Anne Marie. I was so pleased that when
I got my photos back from my photographer it just
confirmed everything that she is SO great at what she
does! I would recommend Anne Marie and her services to
any bride that is getting married on Isla Mujeres, as

I would like to thank you for doing such a wonderful job on my
hair and makeup for my wedding. My guests could not believe I
wasn't sweating up there on the beach in 94 degree weather while
they stood dripping. My makeup was amazing and my hair came out
exactly as I had wanted. Also, I can't thank you enough for
helping us clean my gown that had stains on it!!! If it wasn't
for your expertise, who knows if we would have gotten them out.
I would recommend you to any bride thinking of getting married

Anne-Marie did my make-up and hair,
both for the wedding and for the photo shooting of the next day
(Trash the dress). What can I say, it's not only her
professionalism and excellent eye for fashion that dazzled me,
but her adorable personality; she is exactly the type of a
person you want to hang around with when you are getting ready
for your wedding!! She actually created 3 different styles for
me during the 2 days we were working together, she captures very
quickly what kind of a look you are looking for, and what sort
of a make-up and hair updo suits you. Afterwards I got feedback
from professionals, so I can truly recommend her! Thanks a

Wedding at the Hotel Le Reve in the Mayan Riviera

I had a hair+make-up trial on the Friday, "reshuffled" for the
Friday night welcome drinks, and then hair+make-up again on the
Saturday. She was also supposed to the hair of two of my BM, who
both cancelled, and the hair of my FG. She was super kind to
actually trade my two BM's hair for a TTD make-up and hair, for
just the transportation allowance (she was coming from Isla
Mujeres) ! I was so happy about it.

Anne-Marie is a true artist. She made me amazing. Granted, I did
not like the hairdo she did me on the Saturday. It was a bit
blah when my head was full of images of elaborate low-dos. But
it did resist the wind from 5pm to 4am! Her make-up was
AMAZING. She does airbrush make-up. It resists heat and tears
and sweat for 18 hours!! And truly she made me beautiful. I'm a
huge photo-censor, and did not feel compelled to delete ANY
picture at all!!! And I must say that I LOVED the hair that she
made me for the TTD. It was spectacular. DH could not stop
telling me how he loved it and how he wanted me to do it again
that way. I think I should have been a bit more specific about
what I wanted and she would have made it.
Anne-Marie is also super cool and made me feel really relaxed.
At the time of getting down with my dad, the door of the room
slammed shut and could not be opened again ! I could have
freaked out, but with Anne-Marie in the room, it was alllll good.
